well ifs its a takeover bid, they will push this as low as possible. However you should be able to see on a shareholder registry if this is real or not. Looking at the volume of trade etc doesnt look like it. Irrespective it will be looking attractive to the big guys who will pay a discount if this is real or not.
I would wait for this to continually play through while buying time to test the efficacy of the products im getting value and de-risking thereby impacting my discount rate
