RXL have a placement capacity of only 25%. Based on current MC and assume RXL raise at no discount.
RXL can only do a placement for $13Mil Max
That is barely enough for 1 yr worth of exploration let alone Capex.
Funding in Q4 for Capex? NO CHANCE
