    IMHO the negotiation result between Rio and Gov is the key announcement pending. The parliament ratified a resolution a week ago accepting Rio offer, so a big news is coming a matter of days which can be a good catalyst for XAM and other investment opportunities in country. GLTAH and DYOR.
