38 million of the 50 mill shares issued haven't been sold and won't be sold anytime soon so when the significant news drops is when you will see the difference in quality of cap raises. can assure you the when the volumes that have gone through AVL go through TMT. the shareprice multiples gonna be many many more multiples then AVLs rerate.
