I feel sorry for the investors in this dud company. I was tipped this stock around 2001 I think, not long before it was suspended. There was plenty of hype back then. However, I recall smelling a rat when i reviewed some of the documentation for a placement that was made not long before. From my dim memory, I think there was an underwriting of the placement and a big fee payable to get the deal away. I have a feeling that there was a connection of some kind between the company and the underwriter that made me doubt the integrity of the process. So I stayed out. A friend had a significant stake and would now have done his dough.
All in all, I think someone should be facing criminal charges over this. However, these situations are difficult to investigate and so they get away with it.
