your posts are full of errors in a manner which would appear to be wilfully misleading.
Welborn has not “presided” over SO4. He has never been a director of SO4 or had anything to do with its management.
nor has Welborn been involved, as far as I am aware, with any company that has gone bankrupt under his control or while he has been a director. Far from it. In my experience the companies he has been involved in have been well managed, highly ambitious, focused entirely on shareholder value, and have performed well for me as an investor.
His CV as an NED is bankable and speaks for itself. I think Rob has done very well to get him under terms that are sensible and motivate positive share price performance. I have followed Welborn as an investor since PDZ and CLN and have done well by doing so. I have always found him approachable and responsive to correspondence.
You continue to make entirely baseless accusations (Eg Welborn has suggested FEX should plunge cash into risky ventures in DRC, merge with SO4, white collar criminal, etc) and then use your own post as the reference for future agitation and conspiracy.
One thing I agree with you on is there is something going on behind the scenes. As in your scene and whatever it is that motivates you to be so concerned and spread total tin hat conspiracy rubbish about what, on the surface, seems a good news appointment of a high quality NED to a board that seems in urgent need of talent and renewal.
I will be watching with interest, but my guess is good things are going to happen at FEX.
