I was assuming when they mentioned crystalline basement was that it’s likely a salt formation as is the case in the North Sea with the zechstein formation. It acts as basement but also in some locations forms salt domes.

I would assume as oil is found in the formation 100-150m above the lowest target then it’s likely sitting in the oil window with source being close due to proximity of basement. Though it depends on the heat gradient here as some parts of Austria have an abnormally high heat gradient and hence the gas window may be shallower than normally expected.
