@stockrock I would be interested to hear your thoughts around a question @DocMcstuffins posted recently about the mechanism of action for revascor. What I have concerns about is the mechanism by which it is reducing stroke/heart attacks through an intramyocardial injection of revascor. Yes, inflammation increases likelihood of clots and causes vessel inflammation, yes, poor ejection fraction can lead to haemostasis and clot formation, especially within the atrial appendage, but from what I understand, the injection had limited effect on ejection fraction, so if we are just looking to reduce crp levels and total body inflammation, why not provide an intravenous infusion rather than this isolated injection into heart muscle? Any thoughts around this anyone with a better understanding than I??
