It’s interesting that nations, like Greenland, talk up their mineral resources but they don’t use tax payer money to develop them. It’s because of risk.
For example, Greenland is happy to fine dine CNJ and others. After all, it’s not Greenland’s tax payer money being used to prospect for something bankable.
