Spectacularly inaccurate again.
"the fum over the month grew only 0.2% and the fund investment returns for the month was 3.1%. the balance is the outflow which is 2.9% or on my estimate about 408M of outflows from this one fund in a single month. if we extrapolate this into annual figures the outflow from MGOC is 4.9B/pa or 35%/pa of MGOC fum."
Given the total retail outflows for the Quarter were $1.093bn across all funds, how do you arrive at $1.224bn outflow for same period for one fund.
"Magellan experienced net outflows of $1,552 million, which included net retail outflows of
$1,093 million and net institutional outflows of $459 million"
Its clear that in 2022, the cost of a "cheap seat" (@Jack1960) is even cheaper.
