Nasdaq listing will require you to fill out and sign a US Internal Revenue form W-BEN or W-8-BEN-E every three years or pay 30% withholding tax on any dividends. Completing this form cuts the tax to 15%.
No big deal, but get one detail wrong-like a full stop missing- and the form will be rejected. One of the things I put up with to invest in US companies.
