Umm what about the 80m offer that The Australian reported on to sell the NZ COMMERCIAL leasing business?
This needs to be added into the equation.
The current share price is at 91c.....so Mr Market thinks 68c+23c=91c
Clearly something does not make sence here.
If the NZ commecial business is worth 80m then how much is the Australian commercial business worth?
23c both AUS and NZ I DONT THINK SO!!!
