Think a key word there is "IMO". You were the bloke saying that to accountants when accounting platforms first came out, look at the space now. It makes sense to do the assessments digitally regardless of how they're done. The data could be valuable, and it increases accountability.
Not sure why there was a spike just before the grant ran out, assumedly there was value there for the RACs otherwise why bother.
