I remember you saying you contacted officials. I think your "All assumption" comment is reasonable. Its becoming clearer that ESI have to be silent on some issues as invertedva pointed out.

Notice that ALL the media articles of the last two years carry NO mension of ESI. Even today an article mensioned all the potential brown coal projects - about 5 of them - But NO mension of the company that has the Vietnamese Govt backing them with $100 mill now and $6 Bill+ to follow. Why is that ?

As the article today said - they are catagorising the " private " projects. None of the projects are listed like ESI. So its logical that the " public " projects like ESI are in the mix too.

So imo the media/various Govts can rave on about the private projects ( speculate etc ) - but have to completely zip the talk/speculation on listed entities like ESI ( unless an ann is made ).

Imagine if ESI was spoken of as with the other unlisted hopefuls. The sp would be schizophrenic according to what a particular journo prints on the day.

A point that stood out to me from todays media :

" Part of the rationale of the Future Energy statement would be to ensure clean coal technologies were accepted so they had '' a social licence to operate ".....

The paper said the government will undertake a public education campaign around carbon capture and storage."

Some here have been saying for months that there will be a PR campaign to educate the masses/pacify the Greens. And there you have it today - its about to kick in.

Right sector - right timing - right management/partners - thats how I see ESI.
