the original announcement said it was going to be and "Off Market Block Trade, to an institutional Investor"

I really think it's a whole lot of stress for nothing. We are all guilty of over extending ourselves with our shareholding's leaving us a bit short of cash on hand for unexpected bills. PH has a large portfolio and with that comes large bills. simple as that. He's also a serial entrepreneur, which also requires large amounts of cash.

It's just been unfortunate timing with volatility in domestic and global markets that we are now close to half of our ATH. I'm a big believer in "following the money" and the "mates looking after mates". No way would this institutional investor take on 75m shares at that price if they weren't being looked after by their mate PH.

All in my opinion of course. but everyone needs to take a breather. go over previous announcements, watch some of LCs interviews and we'll probably be doing the same as PH, selling other shares to bolster our IMU holding at this ridiculous discount.
