That is what confused me as well. Clearly on market from the Sub notice. That is why I put the question out there. I believe it came after the ANN.
I don’t think PH would want to see any Sub Holder having more voting rights than he does & Vanguard are 2nd on top 20 now. I posted a link to the substantial change in holdings in my previous post so it was easier for people to see. It’s intriguing
