you seem to be taking a personal offence to a simple matter of commenting on a public forum.
I have thanked you for your esteemed comments in each instance and yet you are not prepared to entertain an alternative view that is clearly with merit.

There is no defamation, as were are discussing opposing viewpoints without any intent of harming the company or its reputation.
At no point has there been any intent from you or anyone on here to cause any harm to reputation.

This is a free bulletin board, which it now appears to possibly have members of senior MRC staff commenting on given intimate information being stated, which I am sure there is a company policy against, inline with most companies operating charters globally.

As said, previously, many shareholders are still holding because they believe that the company will rise from the ashes with the right help, and they maintain the right to complain and nag as much as feel like.
If you are similarly positive, then please discuss why and stop whinging about a disgruntled shareholder selling his shares, which is his right.
Look to the future, and learn from past mistakes.

Or are you saying that when a clear argument opposing your opinion is given, that you forbid this?

MRC appears to have breached 10.11.3.
Therefore, as you categories yourself as learned, please instead of cut and pasting 10.12, please explain exactly how you feel that 10.12 overrides 10.11.3., 10.11.5 and corporation act section 1309?
We are all here waiting for you to explain to us laymen. You have simply cut and pasted and you have not said anything of substance and focus on complaining Mr Caruso sold shares, which you feel is "unfair", yet is his free right to do so.

A clear explanation of how you see 10.12 would form a helpful commentary, which is what this forum is about.

You have then threatened me clearly in the sense of selling my shares to cover the costs of legal action because I think you are wrong in comments on a public chat forum that literally no one cares about excepting those with an interest in the particular share?
