We are reading a tale of two companies and the Brainchip Research and Development company is relegated to the back room now and it’s previous share price machinations now amount to a can of beans.

PS: If it concerns you that Brainchip has not announced on the ASX the details of its engagement with Mercedes ask yourself this question. Which company Brainchip or Mercedes has all the commercial power? If Brainchip is not the company with the commercial power in this relationship then they will be subject to the direction of Mercedes.

Mercedes are calling the shots and when they tell Brainchip to jump the only question will be how high.

Mercedes are playing the highest risk stakes in the history of their company in the transition to Electric Vehicles. If they get it wrong they become irrelevant.

If I was running Mercedes I would not let anyone including Brainchip run their own race. It would be my game and my rules. Breach NDA’s at your peril. I control all news flow full stop.
