This coupled with accelerating retail outflows (higher margin business) will see Magellan EPS drop over the year. Here are the outflows:
If the current outflow trend continues, by the March quarter Retail outflows could reach over $500M per month.
This has to be stopped by dropping retail fees. The drop in fees has obviously stemmed the outflow at the Institutional level.
