My understanding is anyone over 15,000 shares would get a reasonable chuck of the extra within limits. My mate asked for an extra $15k and got it. He held well above 15,000 shares.
This is the way it should be, big holders are down a lot. By in large the fairer way with listings is a renouncable ratio...
By the volumes it would seem the inst. have mopped up pre tuesday and are not big players at the moment.
