I'd also like to give a big thumbs up to Don and Peter for taking the time to meet with you. While most would say that it's their job, this was more than the common phone call or email... they're obviously in the thick of it so to take time out for you speaks volumes for their character imo.

I know a few companies that could take a leaf out of their book... especially a certain Pilbara junior!
