This fee also allows the function of tap and zip at any store.
These so called fees including the monthly fee on outstanding balance are transparent to the consumer. There is a combination of merchant fees and consumer fees that make zips revenue model much more robust when compared to other bnpl players
with current growth numbers, your concern about these fees don’t fit your narrative unfortunately
