The actual reason this stock is stuck at 0.4 cents is that there are a significant number of short term traders [looking at you here Corey] who are doing the turnaround trade. Get in the 0.4 queue. Buy at 0.4 cents. Sell at 0.5 cents. Instant 25% profit [less brokerage]. Bad mouth everything. Start the process again. There is enough selling weight at any time queued at 0.5 to cap it.
Needs a consolidation - at least 20:1, to bring it back into honest trading. The registry costs alone, compared to the Market Cap, must be very high.
