On the ITC thread about a week or so ago we were listing what negatives were holding ITC back. I gave about 6 reasons. Most, if not all those reasons apply to VPE. In particular many posters continue to knock VPE. The market doesn't like that.
I wouldn't mind them running a horizontal up from S1 through S2 and then up to S3. Then we would be talking 1000's of barrels per day.
