    How about underlying value mid-point 3c plus due to "loss of control" (dilution) a compensatory 4c capital return.

    failing all else, current SP @.036c looks like a BUY.

    Not "hope", stated fact as per GS report.

    Furthermore, instos don't generally do "hope" either.....

    IF the IPO goes ahead it should be a ripper.
