An MTA can mean a number of things. The description you posted doesn't really make sense in terms of what OBJ are offering. OBJ have already proven its efficiency over a number of months of successful trials. They are now looking for partners to develop and commercialise their technology. 3M would be very interested because it is potentially far superior in efficiency compared to their current techniques. 3Ms delivery business is very very lucrative. They will want to protect it, and if OBJs technology proves to be as good as it appears, then they would be negligent not to evaluate.
