rivanda, my experience is that people want to record meetings because the offical minutes do not reflect what was said and/or went on at the meetings. People usually would not want to have meetings recorded if they wanted to protect and/or control sensitive (or inflamatory) comments at meetings. There are arguments both ways. I assume Heathgate has control of how the meetings are conducted and recorded and don't want to give that up ...
