    Whoever is buying will almost certainly vote Yes, whether it is the BAM camp or not. It is a classic short term interest play. Pay 3.6 cent now and get 4 cents back of 24 November. That is over 200% annualized.

    If there was even the smell of a No vote, these things would be under 2 cents in a flash!
