Once a quarter OHM release their quarterly commentary which has included a closing quarterly price for 44% Mn for the last 6 years. This provides a robust double-check as to whether the price series you are seeing from what-ever source it is aligns with what OHM are quoting. As the ore is being sold to OHM, their 44% price quotes should be the raw rate E25 receives before downward adjustments for grade and FoB/CIF adjustments.
The last four OHM prices (Dec20, Mar 21, Jun21 & Sep21) were $4.21; $5.32; $5.15 & $5.22. From price charts since then I'm expecting the Dec figure to be about $5.59 although last christmas it appeared they quoted the pre-Christmas close rather than EoY as the Dec qtr (which would be $5.43 if they do this again).
