Just a point - no one is voting "agaist the management". I think you may be a bit confused.
People are voting against the unfairly LOW performance incentive targets set. As they stand, the don't serve as an incentive to perform - they do give management handouts that no other other shareholder has access to.
Most shareholders would be more than happy if the incentive bars were set higher and would have voted for them if they had been.
Management get good salaries as it is - they should be prepared to do something special to get performance rewards. Just turning up to the office each day does not warrant any extra.
