    The only thing they've realised is FDA rejection & zero commercialisation whilst spending $2m per quarter.

    If the revenue doesn't exceed $100k like old mate claims it will. If it's 20k, for instance, or less why would he hang around? The product wouldn't be selling to his expectations and imo the share price will flounder...especially with a CR around the corner.
