I get some shareholders' are frustrated in his selling.
But in the big scheme of things, it is a small sale (300k out of 8 million) to cover his personal expenses.
By personal, it could be anything ( taxes, wife likes a new house, or going through a divorce or helping out sick relatives who are going through tough times).
It could be anything, we simply don't know.
And you can't expect Dr. C. to have 1M spare cash laying around for his needs. Assume, Everyone's financial circumstance is different from yours.
