Maybe it isn't used as a prop but as an insurance that if it did drop further they were first in line there. I mean I have placed orders forgotten about them then only remembered when they were filled and happy that they were filled further down the track. They might of thought well if it were to fall that far I would buy but they also guess that there would be increased buyers so this ensures they are first.
Or it could just not be worth analyzing, I'm going back to study.
