I love a take over discussion.
I have myself thought about it but then came to the conclusion that to take over Brainchip it won't be easy and a hostile takeover almost won't happen.
Akida chip is solely depended on 2 individuals at the moment. Peter and Anil.
Without these two on board, what is the bigger whale company going to do with the taken over Brainchip?
Peter and Anil can start another company if they wish, Peter has all the patents in his name.
They will name the company ChipBrain. I know where I will put my money on lol
