I'm thinking that those waiting for the "big sell off" and/or the "next capital raise which will be the big one" could be sorely disappointed. Both are possible but the odds of them happening appear to be decreasing. And with new acreage, a signed PSA and seismic results (not necessarily in that order), IF there were to be another capital raise, you'd have to think it would be at a significantly higher price.
