The US embarked on 'Operation Warp Speed' in the hunt for a vaccine. The TGA attitude is basically, 'bugger that, Operation Glacial Speed has served us perfectly well to keep us in a job, so why change now? It is all about priorities and unless the Government puts a bomb under them, nothing will change.
