Of course HPA can be extracted from Kaolin. It can be extracted from almost any material on earth. My point is that there is currently no entity commercially producing it from such. Hence., No possible Off-taker for this end use!
Massive work be conducted in Canada on Tailings Dams, with incredible results. Plenty going on in that space in the land of Oz as well. I'm aware of One study where they successfully extracted it from Cow Dung! Economics is the killer though.
