based on your comments i got a pretty good idea of how you run your "company"
ps.
Our management and GEO are actually well recognised by their peers as pretty experienced and competent as demonstrated by the lands they have been able to pick up for cheap and by who is on our board.
Early on - sub 1c 2c ..the experience of the board/GEO and their reputation based on previous performance was one of the selling points.
