Hard one to understand.
Why didn't Acadia throw $20m US at Neu with decent royalty structure for ROW?
We can only assume Acadia didn't want to pay this, perhaps Neu want more?
Either way it seems a deal clearly couldn't be agreed on for first right refusal and now after recent results perhaps, who know we could get a Ann tomorrow or next day with Acadia for ROW, lol.....
Shows there is appetite for these assets, for Acadia beyond current deal structure...
Or are they still in discussions with Neu, seems they regard this space and assets as a priority atm
Perhaps Neu going for larger Parma, bigger bucks for NZ-2591.
Who knows.
