    Well, I'm not sure about a cult, but I am a big proponent of playing devil's advocate.
    Thank you, great response and I completely agree.

    Depending on the scale of the problem, it might be able to be broken down into smaller pieces that can be worked on in parallel. Additionally, a competitor may spend a lot of money buying time to work around patents researching different approaches. Having more people brainstorm certainly increases the chances of coming up with ideas faster.

    That comment you made is exactly what sparked my initial train of thought. Intel has the resources to find ways around patents to create their own product. It happens every day, plus Intel have the brand name and extensive after sales support network to go with it.

    The challenge for BRN is to not rest on their laurels and continue to innovate (which is what theyre doing with AKD1500, 2000 etc) and get their IP (and brand) into as many products as they can, before other companies get the chance to. The sales team will be busy this year.

    It would be wonderful, like you say, if they simply pulled out of the race and worked with Brainchip and adopted Akida into their products, but we know they won't play second fiddle. They have shareholders, too.
