    at any rate the good thing is you have zero organisational capability right now so some kind of M&A activity is guaranteed. The bad news is the two or three serious potential acquirers know this.

    as I mentioned above when a deal is done, make sure you compare it to getting a DYL share for every 3.74 VMY shares. don’t think you’ll be happy!
