Just unhappy people and no doubt they have good reason to be annoyed, particularly if the bought at the peak of the share price. The anger is misdirected imo. It was managements job to use the $50m to grow the company. As the share price has declined back to where it was 12 months ago the actions taken by management are being judged as, "not good enough".
If the the share price was not given a push by CS, we'd likely be in a different position and the comments about management would be non-existent.
There's really not much point arguing with angry people. Water off a ducks back comes to mind. Let the story play out and the discussion will change imo.
