sayrex, in all fairness, I think your argument is a little bit silly.
Whilst FMG has large share price swings (which is a bit strange that FMG still has the junior miner volatility), a direct comparison of FMG to such stocks shows an identical share price trend. Champion Iron has nothing to do with FFI, but yet, its share price trend is the same as FMG in terms of timing and magnitude:
RIO vs FMG is very similar with the 6-month performance of RIO and FMG being almost exactly the same.
It's not FFI causing this trend, the trend is in iron ore stocks.
