I carnt understand why the company would issue shares at 45c when the current price is 47c whats the benefit to share holders ?
Unless of course they are expecting excellent drilling results in the short term and expect share price to move up. Then i would consider giving them more money, until then i see no incentive at all, not for for 2c anyway. Something we are not being told ?
