You are making pointless, and speculative scribblings. Management is not happy with the return on investment, they know better than you or me. In fact, they are so worried that they cut the project size down to just Lake Maitland now. That's crazy, but shows how desperate they are to reduce costs and capital investment required. Something is stopping them from going ahead. Not good. And now, they're in breach of their Ministerial Approval. All because, they delayed coz they're not happy with the economics. Not a good outcome for anyone.
