To their credit I did get a response from the company, and very quickly. Said results are still pending. Assays taking up to 3 months, will release to market when received and analyzed. They are as frustrated as anyone.
So that is positive. Remain somewhat perplexed by the reason for removing that pending results statement from the last announcement, but perhaps just oversight, or perhaps they aren't quite aware of the trauma of long term shareholders jumping at shadows based on past results shenanigans.
