    Why? there is no deal yet so nothing to announce.

    Why dont other companies relesae these fluff announcements? SYR just released a binding offtake agreement with Tesla, nothing before that.

    Either they are trying to pump the price or one of the two parties are hesitant?? what other reason is there??
