Are these not valuable questions to ask?
For a billion dollar company to have yet to reach a primary endpoint, to be designing studies with baffling controls, and to have no one really questioning it and instead saying "the cells work! just trust it!" is just bewildering.
I come because I'm interested in the therapies. But Si and his team don't seem to be doing themselves any favours.
If the drug delivery mechanism reduces back pain, it needs to be used as a control. It's honestly research 101.
