What I see is the wall at 10.5 is to scoop up any loose shares. Another increase or news about mag price and supply problems, which could happen at anytime now or an update on construction might do the trick and that 10.5 gets taken out and then potentially they buy back shares higher if we can sustain it past 12c. If not it's just a waiting game until loose hands finish. It's not getting sold down, that 10.5c line doesn't really move. Hasn't for a long time.
