SYA at $3.50, with the current shares on issue, implies a Market Cap of 50% more than the combined value of PLS and AKE (i.e. ~$25B).
Realistically, there will be further dilution of SYA. Unfortunately, $3.50 is not realistic for SYA. Unless we're talking about a share consolidation, which doesn't actually create any value for us shareholders.
Maybe cut your expectations by ten-fold, and hope for a 35 cent SYA target. Plenty of catalysts will be required to achieve that milestone.
